Donnellan and O’Donnell-Bartz-Schultz Funeral Homes has been serving Chicago area families for years. We are honored to be a part of the rich history of this community and plan to be a part of it for many years to come.
Donnellan and O’Donnell-Bartz-Schultz Funeral Homes have been serving the Chicago Area with personalized services since the early 1900’s. In 1973, the Schultz family took over operation of O’Donnell-Bartz Funeral Home in the Beverly Area neighborhood, and in 1981, expanded their services to the Western Av, location, operating both locations until 2002, when we combined our services into the one location at 10525 S. Western Avenue. in Chicago.
Upon request, we also have other areas of the City and Suburbs that are available to us for the purpose of serving your family’s needs. Being still family owned and operated, we strive to provide the families we serve with personalized custom services in a comfortable atmosphere while keeping close attention to detail. During our wake services, there is always a full time funeral director present, and throughout the arrangement, visitation and funeral process, you are always in the same familiar surroundings with our family serving yours at your time of need. We are members of the IL Funeral Directors Association, the National Funeral Directors Association, Independent Select Morticians (an organization with membership limited by “invitation only”).
